First we have created a profesional but "personal" filament plastic extruder. Our plastic extruder is desktop version with maximum capacity 5kg of plastic per hour and with 5 heating zones and with nozzle temperature reading for best control of production. Also we do not want to make compromis, so we designed the extruder with maximal range of use it and with best parameters in this category.
Our desktop extruder
Our extruder has also one sensor for reading temprature of nozzle for right tempreature of molten plastic inside the barrel. Nozzle is sell with optional hole inside for the different materials. On the fron panel are three fans, the fan on the right side is not controllable and is running to maximum capacity because it cools the cold zone for feeding of granulates from feeder. For control the motor is used frequency converter. Under the frequency converter is digital ampermeter showing load of motor in ampers. Also the extruder is equiped with electronic for watch the load and also did not start the motor before right barrel heating inside.
The price is 7999 EUR w/o VAT.
